You pay per hire, not per job ad.
- Step 1You open a process
One vacancy. It uses one unit of your quota, or you buy the process on its own if you are on pay-as-you-go.
- Step 2That process already includes one hire
That hire is already paid for by the process: when you hire the person, you pay nothing more for them. No commission on their salary and no fee on closing.
- Step 3Hiring two people from the same process?
The second one counts as one more process, at your same price per process. Never at list price.
- Step 4The first one is free
If you hire nobody, your plan does not start. In exchange you post on LinkedIn that you work with JOBO: that is the one condition which, if unmet, can end up being invoiced. See the terms
Both come to the same 12. That is why your price per process is, in practice, your price per hire: on the Impulso quota that is 379 € per person hired — 4,548 € a year, in a single payment.
The unit is used when you open the process. If a vacancy ends with nobody hired, that unit is spent all the same: on renewal we give the unused ones back as credit against next year's quota, up to 10 % (on Impulso, up to 2).
